Somebody can't settle down. The iconic West Coast rapper dropped a music 📺 video on Saturday for “Crip Ya Enthusiasm,” featuring a digital performance captured by Web3 startup Astro Project. The company is also behind the digital environment in which the video takes place.

The music video was animated in Unreal Engine and includes numerous references to the show “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” building on the TV show’s theme song 🎶 that was remixed for the song. The collaboration represents a continuation of the rapper’s work with various Web3 projects. Earlier this year, Snoop Dogg and Eminem performed at the MTV Video Music Awards as NFTs from the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection.

That's not a bad idea. Crypto wallet MetaMask is making it easier for users to turn their fiat into crypto through an integration with fintech firm Sardine, MetaMask parent company ConsenSys 📢 announced. MetaMask users will now be able to fund their crypto wallets via bank transfers instantly, instead of having to wait for traditional fund transfers to clear. In a blog post, ConsenSys argued that instant ACH transfers through Sardine are better than other methods for some users.

Will he agree, that's the question? Mango DAO has offered a deal 🤝 to the thief who made off with $100 million in crypto from an exploit in the Mango Markets platform earlier this week—a way to avoid a criminal investigation and pay off bad debt.

The Mango DAO, a decentralized autonomous organization that manages Mango Markets, has offered the hacker a bug bounty of $47 million, meaning that the thief would be required to send back $67 💰 million worth of tokens under the terms of the deal. "We are seeking to make users whole to the extent possible," the Mango DAO proposal says, addressing the thief.

"We are pleased with the court’s thorough and well-reasoned decision to remove Roche Freedman LLP as interim class counsel," 💬 a Bitfinex spokesperson told Decrypt in an email. "Roche Freedman’s repeated attempts to trivialize and separate itself from Kyle Roche’s despicable statements describing unethical conduct were not the least bit persuasive." The firm was one of several representing the plaintiffs in the case, which was originally filed in 2019. At least someone is happy in this world.

Wow, amazing results. Oscar-winning actor Anthony Hopkins' first NFT art collection, entitled “The Eternal Collection,” has sold 💸 out in under seven minutes on NFT marketplace OpenSea.

The collection is a series of over 1,000 original art pieces inspired by the actor’s decades-long career in Hollywood, with visual nods to his performances in films 🎞. Besides owning a piece of digital artwork, buyers are also set to receive the chance to rack up some real-world perks, including a one-on-one brunch with Hopkins, autographed physical prints of the artwork, and audio clips of Hopkins discussing the meanings behind the various archetypes.

Long time to wait. The finance minister of India, Nirmala Sitharaman, revealed India’s plan to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cryptocurrencies during its G20 presidency, from Dec. 1, 2022, to Nov. 30, 2023. According to Sitharaman, no country can alone effectively handle or regulate crypto, adding that: 💬 “But if it’s a question of platforms, trading of assets which have been created, buying and selling making profits and, more importantly in all, these countries are in a position to understand the money trade, are we in a position to establish for what purpose it’s being used?”

The Texas State Securities Board (SSB) and the Texas Department of Banking (DOB) raised an objection in court ⚖ against Voyager Digital’s disclosure statement, questioning the various methodologies and calculations used to estimate the fair market value of the bankrupt exchange’s crypto assets.

The Texas state authorities argued that Voyager’s disclosure statement, which asserted that creditors might get a 70% return, fails to explain the methodology used to calculate the average coin prices, adding that: 📲 “The Debtors (Voyager) have never been licensed by the SSB or the DOB and faces very large fines and penalties for operating without a license. FTX is also not licensed to do business in the State of Texas.”
