Coinbase Made 'False and Misleading Statements' About Its Business, Lawsuits Allege

Again? Oh, they're unlucky. Crypto exchange 💱 Coinbase has been hit with two separate class-action lawsuits on Thursday. Each allege the company made “false and misleading statements” regarding the nature of its operations.

💬💬💬

Each suit claims that investors suffered losses due to the bankruptcy clause ⚖️ in its SEC filing, as well as recent reports of an SEC probe into Coinbase. The probe was made over offering trading services for crypto assets that should've been registered as securities.

Conclusion: The situation with frequent crypto vulnerabilities is alarming. The only major disadvantage of cryptocurrencies is progression. This can be fruitful for the bearish sentiment. At the same time, volatility in the cryptocurrency market is quite moderate.
